Chuck Libman Executive Vice President
Which campaign are you most proud of? We were challenged to come up with a web-based solution for a client that had multiple locations and divisions across the country. They needed various levels of authorization, reporting and ordering of all of their print and promotional items. Our team worked very hard to implement and roll out custom websites and production workflows that met all of the clients needs.
What was your first project? My background is in prepress (typesetting). I worked as a keyline pasteup artist on the night shift. We produced a group of suburban newspapers and your shift ended when the work was done. Spent many a night greeting the day shift when they came in.
What inspires you? I am most excited about new technologies, as our industry is constantly changing. I look back at how things were done in the past and get excited as new processes take shape.
What is your passion outside of the office? I have always enjoyed being with my family. Watching four sons play high school sports was always important to me. Watching them turn into adults is very rewarding.
What is your favorite part of the job? Deadlines. For whatever reason I love them. I cant sleep sometimes but give me a deadline and I will get it done.
How long have you been with the company? I have been working with FGS since 1990 and became a partner in 2010.
What is your role? I oversee all aspects of print production and warehousing.
What is your favorite place you’ve traveled? My wife, 4 boys and I traveled for 2 weeks throughout Europe.
