NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. INTERNAL TRADE PROMOTION ONLY. NOT OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC. BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS PROMOTION, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS.

1) Sponsor: The Partner Class Appointment Setting Campaign (“ Promotion ”) is sponsored by Pure Storage, Inc. (” Pure “),
650 Castro Street, Suite 400, Mountain View, CA 94041. Reward vendors are not affiliated with or a sponsor of this
Promotion.
2) Promotion Period: The Promotion begins on August 1, 2020 and ends on January 31, 2021 (the “ Promotion Period ”).
3) Eligibility: The Promotion is open to Pure’s authorized partner Account Executives (AE) in good standing, legal residents
of their hometown in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec), and are 18 years of age
at the time the Promotion starts (” Participant “). Pure Storage wants to ensure that we, and you, comply with applicable
government gift and ethics laws. Gifting is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations and
void where prohibited. If you are ineligible to receive a gift due to your gifting laws, Pure Storage cannot provide one to you.
This Program is an incentive program and does not fall within the course and scope of employment duties for any Participant
or any employee. No Participant is required to participate in the program and no Participant will be penalized for
non-participation on the program. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and
regulations and void where prohibited. Pure contractors, consultants, vendors, and employee family members are not
eligible.
4) How to Enter & Reward(s): Participant can enter by setting an appointment with a unique Net New Logo (NNL)
customer/prospect through Participant’s Pure representative. Participant may be eligible to receive one or more rewards
(“ Reward ”) as described below once they meet one or more of the following qualifications:

• • • ● Participant conducts an appointment with a unique NNL Pure customer/prospect, Participant may choose a Reward offered by Pure valued up to $50USD.
      ● Participant conducts an appointment with a unique NNL TARGETED customer/prospect, Participant may choose a Reward offered by Pure valued up to $75USD. Targeted list to be agreed upon by Pure and Partner.
      ● Participant conducts an appointment that leads to a deal registration approved by Pure, Participant may choose a Reward offered by Pure valued up to $150USD.
      ● If the approved deal registration is equal to or greater than $500,000USD, Participant may choose a Reward offered by Pure valued up to $250USD.

  Participant can win more than one Reward, however, Participant will be responsible for all taxes if Participant wins $600USD
  or more, and Pure will send Participant a 1099 form. No substitution, transfer, or cash redemption of Reward is permitted,
  provided however Pure reserves the right to substitute the Reward with another reward of equal or greater value should the
  advertised Reward become unavailable for any reason. Pure is not responsible for lost or stolen Reward or additional
  Reward terms and conditions.
  5) General Terms & Conditions : Pure shall have the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time for
  any reason and without notice, including if in our opinion any fraud, technical failure or other factor beyond our control impairs
  the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. Pure reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual
  who is found to be tampering with the process or the operation of the Promotion, to be acting in violation of these Terms and
  Conditions, the Pure Storage Code of Conduct, or to be acting in an unsportsman-like or disruptive manner, or with the intent
  to disrupt or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion, or to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
  Pure will have no liability, and will be held harmless from and against liability, loss, injury or damage to property or person,
  due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of an item given for this
